 This hosting is based out of Spokane WA.  I am running VMware ESXi 3.5 on a dual quad, 16GB ram system, chunking out VM space for clients.

50mhz per $1/month up to 1 proc
extra proc 10$/month (then add on the Mhz)
128mb memory chunk = $1/month
Extra public IP = $5/month (1 included for no charge)
Hdd space = .33 per GB (minimum 5GB)
Bandwidth (unmettered mbits, 2mbits are included)
3-10mbit = $10/month/mbit
11-20mbit = $15/month/mbit
21-30mbit = $20/month/mbit
31-40mbit = $25/month/mbit
41-50mbit = $30/month/mbit

 Unmettered bandwidth is capped at the mbit limit, no bursting is allowed under the unmettered rules.

Burstable CPU and memory are at 1.25x of the actual amount.  I've reserved 25% of CPU and memory to be general "Swap space" for everyone's bursting capabilities.  If someone wants say 2 vCPU's but only 750 mhz, both processors combined will be limited to 750mhz but the applications/OS can be multithread at that point.
