I recently discovered how profitable farming out of there is.
Doing some test runs, you can make 10k an hour of cash and worth selling the white, blue, purple drops.
Its for 55 monk, using a smiting build, Shield of Judgement with scourge healing to kill the monks.

I dished out the additional 70k for the rest of my 15k kurzik armor, then dyed it blue green. It was a present for my character for breaking 1 million XP. Next due is my Monk, who is at 1.3 million XP, soon as I get far enough in Night Fall I’ll be buying 15k [...]
My ranger just got his survivor title. I made it to lvl 17 by myself then had my bro and SP help me get the rest of the way. You have to get to 140,600 xp without dieing to get it (reach lvl 20). Here is a pic.
I went on a 4 man UW run tonight. We did really good. I was a 55 monk/support healer when a 55 was not needed. A degen AV/SV mesmer, monk with SOJ and SOA, and a nuker. We cleared out about 3/4 to 85% of the UW in 3 hours and did 2 quests successfully. [...]
Myself, Necromancer Avenger and SP went to the UW last night and figured out a good build that works.
I’m a 55 monk with a few enchantments to put on myself and I do not bring Spell breaker, instead I bring SS as a necro secondary.
